Layered Forge Studio started in Carrollton, Texas as a way to build the parts and pieces that don't exist anywhere else — a badge sized right for one specific truck trim, a hitch cover in exactly the color someone wanted, a collectible that only exists because someone asked for it.
What We Do
Every piece that leaves the shop starts as a 3D model, gets printed in-house, and is hand-finished before it ships. Right now that means custom Ford truck badges and trailer hitch covers, with Star Wars-inspired collectibles, cosplay pieces, and UV-printed items in the works.
Why Custom, Not Mass-Produced
Stock parts fit everyone the same and no one perfectly. Because everything here is printed to order, you're not choosing from whatever happens to be sitting in a warehouse — you're telling us what you actually want, and we build it that way.
